| Villa Pino is a spacious villa with a pool, near the old town in Altea and fits up to 10 people. Our rental house is in a quiet area but a few meters from the old town, all services and beach in Altea. It is perfect to gather family, friends and sports groups since the Altea area is surrounded by routes for cyclists, more than twenty golf courses, nautical clubs, tennis club (it is two steps away) and much more. It is also ideal for organized yoga trips or other types of workshops. It consists of 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a large kitchen. Divided into two floors with independent entrances.large furnished terraces, pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower. There is also finder Internet installed and TV with international channels. The price is per night, depending on the season and number of nights and includes VAT, water, electricity, Wifi, bedding and satellite channels. There is a final cleaning supplement of 150 euros per stay and a deposit of 1000 euros upon arrival that is returned upon departure unless there is damage caused.
